Call for Speakers & Instructors – 2026 Education Sessions

Dear Education Partners,

 

The Delaware Apartment Association (DAA) is now accepting proposals for our 2026 education sessions, designed to support, educate, and inspire professionals in the multifamily housing industry.

 

We’re looking for experienced instructors, speakers, and industry experts who can deliver sessions that are engaging, practical, and relevant for property management professionals, maintenance teams, leasing staff, and multifamily executives.

 

Topics of interest include (but aren’t limited to):
• Property management best practices
• Leadership and team development
• Maintenance and safety training
• Fair housing, compliance, and legal updates
• Marketing and leasing strategies
• Technology and innovation in multifamily housing
• Resident retention and customer service

 

Session formats may include 60–90-minute seminars, workshops, or panel discussions.
