DAA Committees

The Membership Committee is responsible for recruiting, engaging, and retaining members of the association. The committee develops and implements strategies to grow membership, enhance member value, and ensure a positive and inclusive membership experience. The Government Affairs Committee monitors, evaluates, and responds to local, state, and federal legislative and regulatory issues that impact the multifamily industry. The committee advocates for policies that support a healthy rental housing environment, protects the interests of association members, and promotes constructive relationships with government officials and regulatory agencies.

The Special Events Committee plans, coordinates, and executes association events that foster engagement, education, and networking within the multifamily housing community. The committee creates meaningful experiences that strengthen relationships among members, industry partners, and stakeholders while supporting the association’s mission, brand, and strategic goals.

The Education Committee is responsible for developing and promoting high-quality educational programs that support the professional growth and success of members within the multifamily housing industry. The committee ensures that educational offerings address current industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices, helping members enhance skills, maintain compliance, and advance their careers.
